I’ve always had a passion for flair, the design and colors have to pop, so when I see something I like it’s usually a spontaneous moment and I have to have it with no regrets, but that’s just me. When you’re designing an outdoor patio it’s best to have a layout first, once you get an idea of what you want and where you’d like to place everything, you’re on your way to designing your own private oasis.
I decorate my patio every year with flowers and plants for the added warmth aside from the lanterns, candles, wind chimes and LED candlelights. I’ve added quite a few plant hangers that swing for easier watering access.
Also, a shade from either privacy from neighbors and sunshine is a great touch which adds to the ambience. I like a lot of color so when purchasing flowers be careful when buying plants that can’t have a lot of sun. If you have both sun and shaded areas place them accordingly.
